The opportunity
The primary responsibility of the Commercial Quality Assurance Distribution CenterQuality Analyst II is to ensure day to day team responsibilities are being met as directed by the Commercial Quality Assurance Management and are in compliance with Teva and FDA/EU Good Manufacturing Practices/compliance requirements and Good Distribution Practices as applicable. This position may interface with investigators from the FDA and other government agencies during in-plant inspections. May provide QA expertise during product investigations, supply situations, new product launches and quality initiatives. May assists Management in special projects including review protocols, Work Instructions and SOPs and Gap Assessments.
How you'll spend your day
  • Accurately process shipments including the downloading of the recorded temperature data and preliminary review and providing the verified shipments to the appropriate releasing site for disposition
  • Investigation of deviations and tracking of DC investigations
  • Monitor CQDC mailbox
  • Participate and contribute to the continuous improvement activities of the CQ DC group
  • Corporate Gap Assessments
  • DC Vendor Qualification Program
  • Shipment verification process
  • Positive Customer relationships are supported by providing professional and productive interactions with internal and external customers.
  • The Incumbent receives direct supervision on a daily/weekly basis, however, is expected to be able to work independently across the entire CQ DC processes

Your experience and qualifications
  • Undergraduate/BA/BS degree in applicable discipline and 5+ Yrs. of related experience. Years of experience on the job may substitute for a degree.
  • Advanced Skills and Ability to clearly speak (and understand) English Language in verbal and written form is required to perform the job. Customer Service/Customer Satisfaction skills and abilities are required to perform the job. Ability to multitask multiple activities.
  • Knowledge of the Harmony TrackWise system, Master Control Electronic Document Management System, and Learning Management System and MS-Word, and MS-Excel is also required to perform the responsibilities of the position.
