Job Summary:
The Arizona Department of Administration (ADOA) State Procurement Office (SPO) is looking for a Quality Assurance Analyst - I.T. to support the Arizona Procurement Portal (APP) and APP Help Desk. In this role, you'll be instrumental in enhancing system integrity through comprehensive QA testing, supporting technical inquiries, and contributing to APP-related projects. Job Duties:
- Participates in creating test plans, data, procedures, and manual and/or automated test scripts. In addition, participates in production verification and validation and provides input to test coverage based on requirements and design specifications.
- Executes manual and/or automated test scripts for multiple or complex projects.
- Provides eProcurement system technical support via telephone and e-mail, such as responding to user questions, diagnosing technical problems on the system side and documenting user contacts in an issue tracking system.
- Assist both the QA Testing Group and APP Help Desk in relation to APP with testing / data projects and support related tasks.
- Identifies test issues on multiple or complex projects, create test data for multiple or complex projects, and review and report test results.

Selective Preference(s):
- Bachelor's degree in computer information systems or related field plus experience in QUALITY ASSURANCE testing and analysis (or equivalent experience).
- Understanding of the Arizona Procurement Portal (APP) and ability to write scripts within Test Sigma
