Reports To: Associate Director
Position Summary:
The Quality Analystplays a vital role in supporting AbbVie Patient Services - Data & Analytics team. The Quality Analystwill conduct detailed testing using SQL and Excel skills, answer business questions, and provide actionable insights related to the operational success across AbbVie Patient Support Services. In addition, the analyst will work collaboratively across all program teams to gather testing requirements. The analyst will create and maintain quality control processes on the teams as needed.

Primary Responsibilities:
- Leverage skills in Excel and SQL to yield trends, conclusions, and actionable recommendations from data.
- Assess reporting results through data investigation, analysis, and evaluation.
- Identify and interpret trends and patterns in datasets to help QA.
- Create and deliver QA reports for not only coding errors and issues, but also make suggestions on data representation.
- Gather and interpret relevant data and information relevant to the development and QA processes.
- Ability to determine the interrelationships between solutions and requirements.
- Highly Organized, thereby efficiently handling multiple data jobs/sets.
- Ability to think analytically and should be a problem solver.
- Ability to make effective decisions under pressure.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree preferred.
- Strong Excel skills (Pivot tables, vlookups, etc.)
- 1+ years' current & continuous experience with Microsoft SQL Server
- Strong Written and Communications Skills
- Must be able to manage multiple tasks and have excellent organizational skills.
- Ability to examine business environment and develop/execute in response to program opportunities.
- Ability to lead and drive for results in cross-functional teams. Strong planning and prioritization skills.
- Initiative and vision: develop strategy and deliver results.
- Drive and enthusiasm.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills and the ability to build and inspire support for initiatives.
- Salesforce platform experience preferred.

The potential base pay range for this role is $53,000-$57,000 annually. The actual base pay offered may vary based on a number of factors including job-related qualifications such as knowledge, skills, education, and experience; location; and/or schedule (full or part-time). Dependent on the position offered, incentive plans, bonuses, and/or other forms of compensation may be offered, in addition to a range of health and welfare and/or other benefits.
