SUMMARY: The Quality Assurance (QA) Analyst will be reporting to a QA Lead and be responsible for helping manage, audit, and perform testing needs associated with at least one of our main product lines. This testing can range in combinations between hardware, software, games, communication protocols, and legal or regulatory requirements. The Quality Assurance Analyst will also be responsible for ensuring our product meets the established standards of quality including design, functionality, performance, reliability, stability, and compatibility with other systems.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Understand the company's Mission, Vision, and Values and be an ambassador of MVV.
- Draft Quality Assurance documentation per proper procedure.
- Interpret and execute Quality Assurance processes.
- Devise testing procedures for recording and reporting quality issues.
- Plan, conduct, and monitor the testing of critical components to ensure the finished product reaches quality and functionality standards.
- Document internal reviews and other Quality Assurance activities.
- Prepare reports to communicate outcomes of quality activities.
- Assure ongoing compliance with quality and industry regulatory requirements.
- Other duties as assigned.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Must have a working knowledge of Office Software (Microsoft Office, Google Workspace)
- Excellent communication skills -written and verbal

- Ability to quantify, mitigate, and communicate risk effectively
Preferred Requirements:
- Knowledge of Project Management Software
- ISTQB - Certified Tester Foundation Level (CTFL) certification
- Knowledge of Project Management or Bug Database Software (Jira, Azure Devops, Testrail etc)
