We are looking for a strong candidate who ensures inventory in the MLC quarantine cage is evaluated and dispositioned on very defined timing by CSS work instruction and for BWI products. Interacts, influences, and closely collaborates with site partners, site finance and supply chain partners to maintain quarantine products to a reasonable and manageable inventory level while minimizing the negative P&L impact of their disposition through reworks, release and re-use activities. Supports problem solving and corrective action investigations to ensure products entering the quarantine cages is minimized.

Key Responsibilities:
Under limited supervision and in all applicable federal, state and local laws/regulations and Corporate Johnson & Johnson, procedures and guidelines, this position:
- Assess finished goods for the different types of BWI quarantined products in MLC and provide most appropriate disposition. Examples but not limited to: rework, destruction, reprocess, return to vendor, etc.
- Ensures that the product dispositions from stock and from the quarantine cages are being performed on time and in full.
- Provides monthly reports and finance BP/JU/NU projections for QA reserves and destructions.
- Collaborates (and influences) with different functions to ensure disposition is completed in a timely manner by following up on applicable approvers.
- Trouble-shooting, support investigation (incl. on the shop floor physical inspections), and recommendations to minimize product entering quarantine cages.
- Responsible for communicating business related issues or opportunities to next management level.
- Follow all Company guidelines related to Health, Safety and Environmental practices and that all resources needed to do so are available and in good condition (if applicable).
- Perform other duties as required.
- University/Bachelor's or equivalent degree (Science or Administration) is required
Required:
- Four to five (4-5) years of relevant work experience
- Highly proficient in Microsoft Excel and data analytics
- Ability to communicate effectively with a diverse clientele base and to work with coworkers
- Ability to perform duties in accordance with policies and procedures and to be self-sufficient at work
- Experience in the Medical Device industry or Supply Chain is helpful
- PowerBI or Alteryx experience is a plus
