Job details:
- Connects clients with community Resources including but not limited to housing, food stamps, insurance, social security.
- Advocates for benefits on behalf of client
- Provides a variety of life skills training to clientele
- Works collaboratively with treatment team
Requirements:
Education and/or Experience: This is an entry level professional position with a BA degree in social work, behavioral health or related field. plus two-years’ experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience with individuals with severe or persistent mental illness, or alcohol and drug dependency.
