We are currently seeking an Associate Therapist pursuing their LPC, LCSW, or LMFT for full or part-time positions in the Salem, Oregon, office.
Hybrid position
Compensation:
- Full-time employees can earn $55,000-$70,000 annually with a ratio of 20 clinical to 20 nonclinical hours per week.
Requirements:
- Must have completed their master's degree in counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or a related field.
- Must meet minimum criteria for Oregon QMHP under the requirements section
- Experience providing direct psychotherapy services to individuals and families.
- Solid computer and basic technology skills
- Self-motivated and independent clinicians able to quickly build rapport with clients.
