Quaker Foods North America (QFNA) is PepsiCo's foods and snacks manufacturing, sales and distribution operating unit in the United States, Canada and Mexico. This position will be part of the Walmart Sales team.


The Customer Management Senior Account Representative plays a key role on the Quaker Walmart team. This role will also support the Quaker Sales Team by providing actionable insights to help drive the business both internally and externally, assist on new item assessment/presentations, help drive marketing and field execution, promotional planning and execution, as well as assist on presentations for customer meetings, external executive joint business plans and internal annual/period operating plans. This person will also assist in the management of internal and external communication of key metrics such as topline and bottom-line sales, margin %, market share, promotional analysis, etc. This role will provide a unique opportunity to gain exposure to both internal BU and Customer Field stakeholders. The right person for this role will be comfortable working in a fast-paced and high visibility account environment with a proficient knowledge of insights, analytics, and powerpoint storytelling.
Responsibilities:
This role will work closely with the Sr. Director of Sales and Director of Sales to drive the Quaker growth strategy across the entire Quaker Breakfast portfolio by:
  • Representing Quaker’s full portfolio of Breakfast brands at Walmart, totaling $700 million in retail sales annually
  • Developing full year plans complete with forecasting, score-carding, promotional planning, new item planning/presenting and many other tasks
  • Developing and managing relationship with Quaker Walmart Category Manager and GBS Insights & Analytics team
  • Delivering annual sales, volume, trade, and share targets
  • Assisting in the content development for recurring customer meetings
  • Performing on-going analysis and review of business trends to identify gaps to plan and execution utilizing internal team reporting
  • Building and maintaining scorecards and trackers to support the business
  • Ensuring stores maintain a strategic product mix through SKU optimization and data analytics
  • Working closely with field retail team to ensure strong communication and execution of merchandising programs
  • Planning, executing, and analyzing key promotional activities and share recommendations based on findings to the sales team
  • Creating easy to customize selling stories leveraging analytics capabilities and all available selling materials and enablers for our Field Customer Managers
Compensation and Benefits:
  • The expected compensation range for this position is between $72,500 - $121,300 based on a full-time schedule.
  • Location, confirmed job-related skills and experience will be considered in setting actual starting salary.
  • Bonus based on performance and eligibility; target payout is 15% of annual salary paid out annually.
  • Paid time off subject to eligibility, including paid parental leave, vacation, sick, and bereavement.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s Degree at a minimum
  • 2-4 years of sales experience; preferably with a consumer packaged goods organization
  • Highly motivated individual with excellent communication, thought leadership, and analytical skills
  • Experience and proficiency within Circana (IRI) and Walmart Decision Support / Luminate
  • Solid understanding of financials including P&L impact of sales decisions
  • Analytical Skills: ability to understand and translate performance, identify opportunities & risks, and make strong recommendations based on findings
  • Commitment and ability to succeed within a fast-paced organization
  • Business and financial acumen
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, Power Point)
