QA Supervisor

A manufacturing company in Mundelein, IL is looking for a QA Supervisor to join their team. This is a 1st shift, DIRECT HIRE opportunity!

Requirements of the QA Supervisor

• 5+ years of relevant work experience in the food industry

• Knowledge of GMPs, SPC, HACCP, OSHA, USDA regulations

• Experience with Food Safety Audit expectations and requirements

• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite

Responsibilities of the QA Supervisor

• Facilitate meetings that drive & support food safety and quality for raw area initiatives and programs, maintain open communication, maximize value-added activity and confidence in decision-making

• Collaborate with the raw processing & grinding side QA supervisor and team on ensuring smooth execution of products and overlapping processes

• Frequently interact with operations, sales, maintenance, as well as with regulatory authorities at the plant level for all matters related to raw manufacturing performance

Schedule is 5:00AM - 2:00PM Monday through Thursday *DIRECT HIRE*

Pay is $70,000 - $80,000 a year, depending on experience
