Job Title: QA Document & Floor Specialist
Department: Quality Assurance
Reporting to: Quality Assurance Manager
Location: Shelbyville, KY
Greenfield is looking for a Quality Assurance Document & Floor Specialist to join our growing team.
The QA Document & Floor Specialist will report directly to the Quality Assurance Manager. The Specialist is responsible for supporting the Quality Management System by ensuring compliance with established procedures and quality/business requirements. The specialist is responsible for supporting the Business Management System by ensuring Production is supplied with accurate labels and documentation required to fill products in a timely fashion.

Who You Are:
• Knowledge of manufacturing processes and applicable regulatory requirements
• Great attention to detail and good organizational skills
Your Experience Should Include:
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to observe, verify and document production activities such as confirmation of raw materials, Batch numbers, expiration dates, line clearance, weights, simple calculations, etc.
• Effective interpersonal and communication skills.
• Proven work experience and qualifications as a collaborative and agile team member
• Strong organization and time-management skills
• Proven ability to multi-task and balance speed with accuracy
Job Responsibilities:
• Review and verification of critical process steps on the Production floor (reviewing equipment setup, raw materials, inspecting pre- and post-pack) and documenting on batch records, equipment logs, and other controlled documents.
• Review of batch records, product files, quality control data, and Certificates of Analysis for the purposes of product release
• Responsible for completeness of documentation such as batch record and QC data prior to product release
• Review and release of raw materials and finished goods for shipment and stock through ERP systems
• Support the Issuance of Certificates of Analysis
• Contributing to any investigations and deviations associated with the product under review.
• Effective communication throughout the organization - manufacturing, quality control, document management.
• Assistance to the Quality Assurance Manager in providing guidance and direction to all operational departments to ensure good quality practices.
• Other duties as assigned by the Quality Assurance Manager
• Support and assist CAPA investigations regarding manufacturing issues.
