Our Foresight team is looking for a Purchasing Manager.

The Purchasing Manager manages the Purchasing team to ensure the correct amount of quality inventory is available to support the business requirements through managing suppliers, performing transactions, process and procedure verification, and system review. Creates & manages the demand plan in coordination with the S&OP management team. Executes the supply plan and creates and manages PO (Purchase Orders) actions. Manages the AVL (Approved Vendor List) and the performance of all vendors with a quantitative report card. Creates & manages critical vendor strategies and contracts. Reviews & executes vendor cost reduction programs & actions. Attends & supports actions from both the MRB (Material Review Board) and ECO-CCB (Engineering Change Order - Change Control Board). Attends and supports the Pareto Analysis meeting to review all product quality issues.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Manages the Purchasing team to ensure the correct amount of quality inventory is available to support the business requirements through managing suppliers, performing transactions, process and procedure verification, and system review.

Requirements/Qualifications

• Bachelors degree required.
• Must have 7-10 years of related experience and/or training
• Computer and software experience including extensive knowledge of ERP/MRP and MS Office programs
• Must adhere to all Foresight Sports safety policies

Pay Range:
$80,700.00 - $126,300.00
