Job Description
A manufacturing client is looking for an office administrator that has purchasing experience. This will be a 3-4 month contract while 2 internal personnel will be out of the office during that time frame.
Ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience in a manufacturing environment performing purchasing duties.
Responsible for the purchasing of materials, equipment, services and supplies in the organization taking into consideration cost, quality and production time restraints. Additional responsibilities include email inquiries; verifying and entering information; tracking POs to fulfillment, facilitating supplier interactions, and completing internal project management tasks
