What We Ask of You:
Lead a team of remote SDRs covering the Mid-Market and Enterprise regions
Own Your Pipeline - work cross-functionally with Sales, Demand, and Channel teams to build pipeline in your regions
Enable SDRs to succeed in this role and prepare them for their next
Report/forecast weekly metrics for Activity, Effectiveness, and Impact metrics
Weekly 1:1 coaching and catch up sessions with team members as well as a weekly team meeting
Weekly team enablement and workshop sessions with SDRs
Regular syncs with Regional Sales and Marketing Leadership
Test, analyze, and fine tune persona and value-based messaging with SDRs
Help as needed to build awareness on special projects/events/SDR enablement
Provide continuous feedback so we can all improve and learn together
Own SDR tools and increase efficiencies in SDR workflow
Who We Are Looking For:
3+ years of Sales Development experience and 2+ years in SDR Leadership
Consistent team achievement and pipe building in a fast-growing Enterprise SaaS company
Mastery of SDR Tech Stack: Outreach, Salesforce, LI Sales Navigator, 6sense, Qualified, Lusha, LeadIQ, Altisales
Great coach - can assess individual needs of each SDR and implement plan to improve SDR messaging/strategy
Ability to manage time effectively and work independently
Self-motivated, proactive, and independent thinker with high energy/positive attitude
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
Confident writer, speaker, and listener Ability to hire / onboard / ramp / train in a remote environment
Ability to prioritize work assignments and shift work efforts based on the needs of the department or business goals
Strong technical aptitude and ability to align solutions with overall business strategy for customers in a range of roles from technical champions to C-level business buyers
Prior track record of achievement in positions with significant accountability
Ability to scale in a fast-paced startup environment
The courage to challenge the status quo when logic and reason require it

$130,000 - $192,000 a year
The typical starting Total Cash Compensation range for new hires in this role is $130,000 - $192,000 for a level 3, which consists of a Base Salary plus a Target Commission. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on this job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
