Job Duties:
- Completes scheduled rounds of both the interior and exterior of every building on campus to maintain a secure environment for residents and employees
- Assist with reception desk to ensure monitoring of visitor check in
- Provides emergency response services to include all incidents (medical, fire, vehicle, mechanical, crime, etc.)
- Operates company pickup truck or low speed vehicle to perform patrols of the campus
- Check alarm systems including smoke, carbon monoxide and leak alert devices
Requirements:
- 1 year of security experience preferred
- Valid Driver's license with a good driving record required
- Ability to communicate clearly especially in stressful situations
- Able to work independently and as part of a team
Pay rate: $16.50/hr
