ABOUT LOVESHACKFANCY
LoveShackFancy began in 2013 with a beach-to-ballroom hand-dyed halter dress that founder and creative director Rebecca Hessel Cohen made for her bridal party. Over time, that one article of clothing, created to celebrate love, has turned into a world filled with all things romantic, dreamy and drenched in optimism — from clothing to tabletop, bedding, swim, ski, travel accessories, shoes and more.
KEY RESPONSIBILITES
Collaborate with the marketing team to develop VIP-focused initiatives, events, and partnerships.
Help Coordinate VIP appearances, fittings, and collaborations for fashion shows, product launches, and other brand events. Sample send-outs
Monitor and analyze all press & articles regarding LoveShackFancy and Rebecca Hessel Cohen
Stay up to date on social coverage
Curating lists for gifting including VIP/Influencers
Continuously update VIP/PR trackers
Create press, social, and event recaps
Making sure dropbox folders are up to date
Maintaining the organization of the gifting/sample closet
Assisting with sample trafficking, new sample inventory and gifting initiatives
Coordinating messenger services and FedEx shipments
Providing assistance to the PR manager with the scheduling and organizing of events.
Willingness to attend corporate events after hours and on weekends if needed

SKILLS, QUALITIES AND BEHAVIOURS
Basic budget management skills to track spending on sponsorships, events, and marketing material.
The ability to prioritize your workload and keep to strict content deadlines.
Familiarity with Canva, Powerpoint, Google Sheets
Strong organizational skills
Understanding of current social media trends
Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
Strong communication skills
MUST RECEIVE SCHOOL CREDIT
