Position::
RPR is seeking an Evening Part-Time Administrative Assistant who will report directly to the president, providing comprehensive support and assisting with completing outstanding operational duties from the workday. The ideal candidate must have strong written and verbal skills, be highly organized, and possess the ability to multitask and prioritize the nightly workload. This individual will be a proactive, self-starter with a high degree of personal integrity, as well as strong interpersonal skills.
*This is an in-office role Monday through Friday from 5 p.m. to 9 p.m. at our Midtown Manhattan office.:
Responsibilities:
- Conduct general office duties that may include, but are not limited to: filing, data entry, scheduling, ordering meals, dictation, among other tasks
- Provide phone coverage, professionally prescreening and fielding phone calls and redirecting, as appropriate; distribute messages in a timely and appropriate manner
- Communicate via email, phone, and in-person to clients and vendors on behalf of the president
- Prepare critical written communications; compose and send dictated emails
- Organize files to ensure efficient day-to-day operations
- Conduct in-depth Internet/Web research, as needed
- Minimum of 4 years’ administrative experience supporting a senior level executive in a corporate office environment
- Bachelor's degree
- Attention to detail, with strong commitment to accuracy
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Word and Excel
- Demonstrated written and verbal communication skills
- Experience working in a public relations, marketing, and/or advertising firm a plus

In order to comply with equal pay and salary transparency laws in various locations, the Company believes the target range of base compensation for this role is $30/hr. Actual compensation is influenced by a wide array of factors including, but not limited to: skill set, level of experience, and location.
