What you will do:

• Communicate complex topics effectively and create a range of content, from press releases and blogs and social posts to executive briefing materials and creative briefs, within the enterprise technology landscape.
• Expand relationships with media.
• Manage complex, fast-moving and unexpected communications challenges.
• Support PR strategies for driving media coverage, working closely with subject matter experts, executives, internal thought leaders and PR agency team.
• Collaborate with global PR teams on driving successful launches, announcements, PR programs, and other awareness opportunities globally.
• Monitor industry and market-related news and events to assess opportunities for rapid response and dedicated media outreach.
• Support the partner ecosystem through announcements and campaigns.
• Support ServiceNow’s annual user conference, Knowledge, which attracts 20,000+ attendees as well as industry events.

Who you are:

• Student majoring in Communication Studies, Digital Communications, Digital Media Studies, Journalism, English, Public Relations or other related academic fields.
• Graduating December 2024 or later.
• Some type of Public Relations experience would be a plus.
• Highly collaborative, team-oriented, detailed and organized with ability to multi-task.
• Excellent communications skills, both written and verbal, with attention to detail.
• Passion for storytelling and identifying trends.
• Ability to engage, face-to-face (or via Zoom), with cross-functional teams.
• Can-do, scrappy, creative spirit, with a desire to own projects from start to finish.
• Thrive in a fast-paced and ever-changing environment.

For positions in New York City, we offer a base pay of $32.70/hr, plus equity (when applicable), variable/incentive compensation and benefits. Sales positions generally offer a competitive On Target Earnings (OTE) incentive compensation structure. Please note that the base pay shown is a guideline, and individual total compensation will vary based on factors such as qualifications, skill level, competencies and work location. We also offer health plans, including flexible spending accounts, a 401(k) Plan with company match, ESPP, matching donations, a flexible time away plan and family leave programs. Compensation is based on the geographic location in which the role is located and is subject to change based on work location.
