SalarySWOON Media is looking for a Public Relations Coordinator to assist our growing clientele base! The Public Relations Coordinator will work closely with clients to develop press releases, generate media coverage, assist in the creation of marketing campaigns, design and send digital newsletters and SMS marketing, and grow a consistently maintained list of press contacts.
Duties include:
* Defining each client's Public Relations goals by developing and implementing strategies to reach the desired outcomes
* Writing and distributing detailed press releases, promotional social media posts, and fact sheets.
* Cultivating strong relationships with media outlets and journalists to ensure efficient communication and maximum coverage.
* Scheduling press conferences and public events, as well as coordinating interview requests.
* Working with the client and the SWOON marketing team to plan and implement campaigns aimed at increasing brand awareness.
* Analyzing the outcome of Public Relations campaigns and reporting the findings to client management.

Developing digital newsletters and SMS marketing messages for the client.
* Maintaining an up-to-date press list of journalists, influencers, and other members of the media.
