Public Relations Coordinator

RESPONSIBILITIES:

The Public Relations Coordinator is responsible for coordinating and organizing influencer relations, press outreach and briefings, networking, community events, and industry opportunities. The PR Coordinator leads all press activities including asset organization, photo shoots, brand activations, gifting and product seeding. The Public Relations Coordinator plays an integral role in helping the team stay organized from the ground up.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Public Relations:

• Oversees the PR list for Beauty Creations.
• Builds relationships with each person on the PR list
• Maintains the influencer PR list
• ADD: Grows the list by adding at least 30 new diverse influencers weekly across IG and TikTok
• REMOVE: Deletes influencers we no longer work with
• Ensures all contact information is up to date (e.g. Birthdays, phone numbers, manager info, addresses, etc)
• Elevates the Beauty Creation gifting for influencers by planning well in advance to create customized ‘swag’ and special elements to drive the power of the company name and identity
• Responsible for sending birthday/achievement gifts from the company
• Manages all PR Gifting and special product requests in partnership with the Retail and Social Media teams
• Handles restock requests from influencers on products needed
• Partners with PR Mexico with internal communications around product for media and influencers across the US and Mexico territories.
• Including the creation of the PR card for gifting and outreach
• Organizes all inbound and outbound communications with influencers and media
• Obtains approval for all assets including global product fact sheets and imagery
• Saves and organizes all global PR coverage
• Handles all logistics for PR meetings and brand activations
• Acts as a liaison for all conferences, summits and shoots, both internal and external
• Coordinates meet and greets in retail stores and trains staff appropriately to be prepared
• Gifting suites at special events like concerts and other celebrity events
• Supports travel accommodations when necessary
• Supports the Social Team on commenting to influencer posts, responding to DM's and being the main point of contact
• Communicates with e-commerce warehouse on when to send out new launches to the PR list
• Supports Masterclass events including promotions, gathering assets and supplying product
• Other responsibilities as assigned

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $21.00 - $23.00 per hour
