Public Relations Coordinator

*Position: Public Relationship and Marketing Position

*Wage: $60,000+ (TBD)

*Work Schedule:
Monday - Friday 5days　8hours / 8am-6pm
※Weekends, and Holiday Off
※Break Time: an hour

*Job Description:

• Implements and oversees the company's social media accounts and strategy, ensuring brand consistency and engagement with stakeholders.

• Develops and executes comprehensive marketing and Public Relations strategies that enhance the company’s image and brand awareness.

• Guides organizational storytelling by researching, developing, writing, and distributing compelling PR content across various platforms.

• Plans, organizes, and controls all activities of the marketing and Public Relations department, participating in the development of department goals, objectives, and systems.

• Maintains media relations, including handling press inquiries, interview requests, and event coverage as needed.

• Creates and distributes the company newsletter and other marketing collateral.

• Maintains up-to-date organizational marketing materials and media kits.

• Develops marketing and Public Relations strategies by identifying and researching issues, contributing information, analysis, and recommendations to the organization's strategic thinking and direction.

• Consult with the department manager to ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations concerning marketing and Public Relations activities.

• Conducts market research and analysis to inform strategic decisions and reports findings to senior management.

• Collaborates with management to provide strategic marketing advice, executing plans that align with company objectives.

• Works with branch managers to assist them in leveraging marketing and Public Relations for business growth.

• Develops and maintains a robust marketing and Public Relations information system that meets the organization's outreach and image objectives.

*Requirements:
A bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or a related field
Five years of experience in marketing and Public Relations
Japanese and English Native Speaker
Preferred: Experience in logistic or freight industries
OPT Visa is acceptable but must have 5 years experience in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or a related field
