SalaryAs the Chronic Disease Public Health Nurse, incumbent will work directly with members of the public to promote healthy lifestyles and prevent or mitigate chronic diseases’ impacts on the community. Incumbent will work to educate the public on chronic disease risk factors, healthy/unhealthy habits and behaviors. Will work to develop and implement policies, procedures, and services that will drive Health Department efforts to combat Chronic Disease in Hancock County at all age levels. Incumbent will also operate in a clinical setting, performing clinical procedures, preparing documents, and schedule appointments.

Pay: $62,000.00 per year
