Required Knowledge and Skills:
Demonstrates intimate abilities and/or a proven record of success in the following areas:
- Demonstrates an intimate knowledge of consulting with high net worth individuals on some of the following areas: tax planning, financial planning, wealth transfer planning, business succession planning or trust and estate work;
- Demonstrates comprehensive technical skills that include, but not limited to, partnership K-1 income, state tax credits, composite returns, AMT, Schedules A, B, C, D, E review, tax return production and year end wrap-up;
- Demonstrates considerable experience in identifying and addressing complex client needs. Serves as a Subject Matter Specialist in one or more complex areas such as foreign tax credit, gift tax, financial planning or PwC K-1;
- Demonstrates a proven record of leading teams, and coaching others;
- Leads as a tax advisor, including developing relationships within PwC with teams such as PFS, Partner Affairs, Partnership Tax, Law Firm services, etc, sharing new planning ideas with partners/clients and doing so with a "One Firm" service mindset;
- Demonstrates knowledge of automation & digitization and leads by example by leveraging and or suggesting / developing digital solutions;
- Develops and/or leads implementation of solutions (including digitization tools) to improve quality of deliverables, reduce hours and optimize engagements; and,
- Demonstrates comprehensive project management skills and ability to lead various work streams including PTPA strategic priorities.

Demonstrates intimate abilities and/or a proven record of success in automation & digitization in a professional services environment, including leading as a business advisor, developing new relationships, and making introductions to sell new services and doing so with a "One Firm" service mindset.
Demonstrates knowledge of automation & digitization and leads by example in a professional services environment including but not limited to:
- Innovating through new and existing technologies, along with experimenting with digitization solutions.
- Working with large, complex data sets to build models and leverage data visualization tools to provide insights to clients.
