Works closely with clinical staff who conduct assessments as part of their clinical practice, including understanding various types of assessments and how each is administered
Communicates with referral sources, including police/public safety jurisdictions, physician offices, courts/attorneys, or patients directly
Coordinates the scheduling process for patients for testing: Bariatric, Public Safety, Pain- Procedure, and Substance
Greets testing patients and explains the testing instructions; test administration may occur with appropriate training and supervision with a licensed clinician.
Tracks testing times and completion within the testing process, including designating associated costs to specific clinicians
Keeps testing areas clean and well-organized
Orders tests, both paper and electronic, as needed
Scores tests, by paper template or electronically, in a timely manner
Provides summaries of testing utilization data to the finance office for processing
Supervised by the PHR office manager
