Senior - Test Coordinator (Library Management – Lifecycle Acquisition)
Location: Springfield, Virginia
Clearance Required: Active TS/SCI
Experience Required: At least 12 years of experience with 8 years in similar roles
Duties include:
- Provide test coordination support in the acres of senior expertise and advice to assist the government to plan, and execute programs and projects. Evaluate performance, execution risks, and make comprehensive recommendations to the Government.
- Review, evaluate, and assess Content Services Office program requirements, documents, plans, and other related artifacts for accuracy and consistency and compliance with Enterprise documentation.
- Provide system security and information assurance advice and review documents and policies in support of assessment and authorization (A&A) requirements.
- Coordinate with NGA and other Government entities for the integration of new and/or modified data types.
- Monitor the status of designated Library Management Division operational systems and support the resolution of operational issues.
- Assist the program office with preparation and coordination of delivery orders, task orders, requirements documents, briefings, and performance statements, as applicable.
- Lead all test & integration efforts for TICI Programs. Monitor and track test events related to future software deliveries at factory and site.
- Review and evaluate the overall completeness of test plans and other test related documentation and provide feedback to Government and the development contractors.
- Create, review, and track requests for service associated with division programs during enterprise test events. Develop, coordinate, and track baseline change requests for division programs during enterprise test events.
- As an advisor, participate in the administration, recommendation, and review of test and evaluation entrance/exit criteria for architecture and program level control gates.
- Provide independent witnessing of contractor testing at development contractor facilities and at operational sites or test facilities and verify system performance.
Skills and Experience:
Required:
- Demonstrated experience with DoD or IC acquisition policy and acquisition processes security certification and accreditation processes.
- Demonstrated success with enterprise test processes
- Familiarity with the NSG and Mission Partner architectures for NTM, Commercial, Full Motion Video, and other data types.
- Familiarity with file based and data formats and standards
- Demonstrated understanding of the geospatial intelligence mission and its IC contributions.
