Protestant Youth Ministry Coordinator

Duties:
The Protestant Youth Ministry Coordinator shall:

• Coordinate Protestant youth programs for 6th to 12th graders, including volunteer management.
• Assist in planning and executing youth events in accordance with guidelines.
• Produce and distribute weekly bulletins and annual program calendars.
• Maintain records and manage supply inventory.
• Attend meetings and maintain facility cleanliness.
• Plan and lead youth activities during Sunday services.

Requirements & Experience:

• Experience in coordinating youth programs, demonstrating competency in volunteer management and event planning.
• Possess organizational and administrative skills, including the ability to recruit, train, and manage volunteers effectively.
• Familiarity with Protestant youth program guidelines and compliance standards, ensuring adherence to laws and regulations.
• Proficiency in producing materials and managing inventory, with a commitment to professional appearance and facility cleanliness.
• Ability to collaborate effectively and lead youth activities during services.
