Quatro Tax is actively seeking a dedicated individual to join our team as an experienced Property Tax Consultant. This full-time, in-office position requires a candidate with a strong work ethic, advanced social skills, and a minimum of five years of commercial Property Tax consulting experience. Responsibilities:
· Execute real Property Tax administration and appeals for real estate accounts primarily across Texas.
· Review and analyze real estate assessments in Texas and various other states for appeal opportunities.
· Prepare well-organized requests for information and supporting documentation.
· Negotiate valuations with county tax appraisers.
· Prepare, attend, and present appeals at local jurisdictions, both informally and formally.
· Handle post-appeal remedies such as arbitration and litigation.
· Prepare Property Tax estimates, savings reports, and other valuation tasks as needed.
· Maintain relationships with clients and applicable tax jurisdiction personnel.
· Perform other duties as assigned.
Licensing and Knowledge:
· Texas Property Tax Consulting License from TDLR.
· Valid driver’s license required.
· Keep Property Tax Consultant license current by taking necessary courses.
· Demonstrate and maintain awareness and understanding of real estate tax statutes, rules, and regulations.
· Research and analyze current real estate market trends.
· Possess knowledge of various methods of valuation.
· Ability to analyze client-provided documentation.

Skills & Qualities Required:
· Bachelor's Degree Required
· 5 years of Property Tax consulting or real estate appraising.

· Professional telephone, email, and client relation skills.
· Strong grasp of spelling, grammar, and writing skills.
· Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Office software skills, particularly Outlook email, Excel, and Word documents.
· Willingness to travel as required to attend appeal hearings, property inspections, and client meetings.
· Team-oriented and adaptable.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $70,000.00 - $125,000.00 per year
