Position Summary:
Levy’s "On-Deck" Summer Internship is a 10-week, project-based program with a focus on improving business operations on a strategic and multifunctional level. Interns will be exposed to Levy’s unique culture, personal and professional development workshops, and standards of service at Levy’s Home Office in Chicago, IL. This summer internship program is offered to full-time college students interested in a career in hospitality, sports and entertainment, or data analytics. Upon successful completion of the On-Deck program, interns have the potential to receive a full-time, entry-level position post-graduation.

Levy’s Corporate Strategy team works alongside members of executive leadership to champion decision making efforts in areas of transformative growth and strategic execution. As a Summer Analyst, you will work as part of this team to support strategic planning initiatives, market intelligence research, M&A activities, and other ad-hoc priorities of the executive leadership team.

In addition to supporting the ongoing workflows of the Corporate Strategy team, the Summer Analyst will work on a 10-week project impacting one of the group’s core mandates concerning internal strategy. The Summer Analyst will follow a structured curriculum and present findings to Levy Leadership at the conclusion of the summer. Professionalism, time management, problem solving, and eagerness to learn are expectations of each intern.

* Full-time student currently enrolled as a sophomore or junior at an accredited four-year university/college majoring in business management, finance, economics, or a related field of study
* A skilled multitasker who works with a sense of urgency
* A team player with the ability to work cohesively with Levy team members and fellow interns
* An effective communicator comfortable engaging with potential guests, leadership, and key stakeholders
* Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office, including a high proficiency in Microsoft Excel
* Ability to provide own housing and transportation accommodations to Levy’s Chicago Home Office for the duration of the 10-week program

* Strong interest in consulting, investment banking, or corporate development
* Demonstrate critical thinking and problem-solving skills
* Commitment to a high standard of excellence while exhibiting strong attention to detail
* Inquisitive and detail-oriented with strong analytical skills
