Immediate openings for Community Managers & Maintenance Staff at our various manufactured home community locations across Michigan.
Manager duties include customer service, rent collections and input in Rent Manager system, preparing deposits, answering phones, selling and leasing homes, overseeing home remodels, keeping files, and other miscellaneous duties. Community management experience or similar required. Must have outgoing personality and strong communication skills.
Maintenance help also needed so this may be an opportunity for a management team. Maintenance duties include grounds maintenance, lawn mowing, snow plowing, some repairs to manufactured homes. Positive attitude and good customer service is a must.
