SalaryAre you a proven Property Management professional with a passion for customer service? If so, we would love to add you to our team as a Community Manager just outside of Grand Rapids, MI! We are seeking a dynamic individual to manage the day to day operations of our conventional Multi-Family community and provide top notch service to our resident and prospects.
Our Community Manager Will Be Responsible For:
- Daily operation of a multi-family community
- Oversight of all Maintenance personnel and operations
- Prospect experience, from lead to lease
- Management of resident move in, renewals and move out
- All A/P and A/R, including invoice payment, vendor management and rent collection.
- Marketing efforts to lease to new prospects and retain current residents.
- Reporting to Regional Manager and Corporate staff as needed.
To Be Considered, Candidate Must Posses:
- 5+ years Property Management experience
- Knowledge of Fair Housing, ADA, OSHA, and other laws and requirements
- Previous experience managing, training and motivating a cohesive team.
- Working knowledge of Property Management software
- A positive, can-do attitude!
- A strong desire to exceed the expectations of our residents

Pay: $55,000.00 - $62,000.00 per year
