Property Management company is currently looking for a full-time Property Manager for a building in the North Hills/Panorama City area. This position is fulltime, the manager will live onsite at the property managed. If you are interested, submit your resume for consideration.

- Cannot be combined with any other work
- Partial utilities paid (water, trash & sewage)

- Rent Collection
- Generating/Posting notices
- Reviewing/Scheduling Work Orders
- Advertising/Marketing/Leasing Vacant Units
- Must live at one of the properties being managed
- Other duties assigned by management
Experience Required:
- Working as an onsite Property Manager, minimum of 1 year
- Managing 55+ units preferred
- Have used MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Experience with Yardi or another property management software is a plus
- GED or HS Diploma
- MUST- Valid Driver's license
- MUST- Reliable vehicle
- Bilingual in Spanish a preferred
- Must already live in the Los Angeles/San Fernando Valley area
