Position: Self Storage Facility Manager (Part-Time)

Location: Manteca, CA

Responsibilities:

• Renting storage units
• Accepting payments
• Addressing customer inquiries
• Managing the mailing of legal notices to delinquent customers
• Performing routine office duties as assigned
• Creating and posting social media ads

Job Requirements (but not limited to):

• Excellent communication skills
• Willingness to learn and adapt
• Positive attitude and passion for the role
• Computer literacy with a minimum of 5 years of customer service experience

Working Hours:

• Weekdays: 9:30 am to 6:00 pm
• Saturdays: 8:30 am to 5:00 pm
• Some overtime may occur, with occasional extra shifts (infrequent)
