Property Manager

Small real estate management company looking for a high energy, self starter with experience and knowledge in rental properties as well as coop and condo policies. Must have excellent oral and written communication skills and the ability to work under pressure. Must have a good attitude and enjoy working with people to help solve problems.

```Duties```
As a Property Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our properties and ensuring a positive experience for our residents. Your duties will include but are not limited to:

- Managing all aspects of tenant relations, including move-ins, and move-outs

- Maintaining relationships with tenants and replies to tenant service requests and inquires

- Handling tenant complaints and resolving conflicts in a professional and timely manner

- Collaborating with Superintendents to coordinate repairs and maintenance tasks

- Conducting regular site visits to ensure compliance with safety and maintenance standards

To excel in this role, you should possess the following skills:

- Strong customer service skills with the ability to effectively communicate with tenants, vendors, and team members
- Knowledge of property maintenance practices and ability to coordinate repairs and maintenance tasks
- Understanding of local laws and regulations related to property management
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple properties simultaneously
- Conflict management skills to handle tenant disputes and resolve conflicts in a fair and diplomatic manner

Pay: $80,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
