The Property Manager will be responsible for ensuring all properties and homes are maintained to the highest standard and consistently prepared for arrival in accordance with Natural Retreats brand standards.

JOB DUTIES:
- To work with the General Manager to oversee guest services and execute and fulfill any guest requests
- Contact the guest prior to the guest’s arrival to the properties
- Ensure all home systems are in operating order and guest ready
- Answer and address any guest issues throughout the guest’s stay in the homes
- Provide prompt direction and instruction on any guests’ questions related to operating the spa, stereo, etc. over the phone and, if required, by visiting the homes to ensure guest satisfaction
- Follow proper procedure to secure the homes and inspect the homes for any damages or missing items after guest stays
- Report any damages, missing items, etc. after guests’ departures to the General Manager immediately
- Assist in all aspects of the housekeeping vendor relationships and assist housekeeping as needed to ensure the homes are up to brand standards and ready for guest arrival.
- Oversee all independent Inspector and Housekeeping contractors
- Oversee vendors such as lawn care, pool care, property care, etc.
EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS
REQUIRED
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Minimum 2-3 years’ in hospitality, property management, and/or other related fields
- Must be computer savvy and able to learn new software programs
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Excellent verbal and written communications skills in addition to exceptional interpersonal skills
- Valid driver’s license
- Reliable vehicle - 4WD or AWD (with snow tires in the winter) REQUIRED
- Ability to manage time effectively and meet deadlines in the required timeframe
- Detail-oriented and self driven
- Ability to problem-solve in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to be flexible and work in a fast-paced environment with hours of work varying, especially during peak season
POSITION TYPE/EXPECTED HOURS OF WORK
This is a full-time position. Due to the nature of the job, the Team Member should be flexible with his/her hours. Due to possible guest issues, the Team Member should be able to respond by getting to the property within 15-20 minutes if a guest calls and has an issue while in residence. Weekend and holidays will generally be busy with guest arrivals and departures and are considered working days. We encourage all of our Team Members to take two (2) days off per week where possible, knowing that guests can arrive at unpredictable times. The Team Member should always be available in case of an emergency, which includes evenings and on-call hours. Generally, this will mean be available during the workday of 8 AM – 6 PM although on occasion this will vary according to occupancy of the homes with the expectancy to answer after-hours calls. Generally, this may mean working some inconsistent hours. Exact daily schedules may vary from season to season and differ from in-season to off-season.
