Job Description
- Assist Portfolio Managers in daily administrative tasks and other property management
- Leasing, screening, and move-in process
- Tenant onboarding and tenancy management
- Rent increase process
- Monitor rent collection, utilities and notices
- Oversee inspections - move-out and condition inspection process
- Manage work orders through their lifecycle
- Process property invoices
- Maintain a positive working relationship with tenants
- Maintain compliance with local, state and federal Fair Housing laws
- Maintain compliance with Oregon Landlord Tenant Laws
- General office duties; sort and prioritize mail, document scanning, answering telephones, compose, proofread and distribute memos and correspondence.
- Ensure rents, late fees, check charges and damages are posted; verify and process move-out refund requests.
- Prepare vacancy, delinquency and monthly performance reports.

Education/Experience Requirements
- Must have working knowledge of AppFolio
- Must be able to pass a background check.
- Possess and maintain a valid driver's license; a safe driving record required
- Understand laws/statutes related to the Oregon Landlord Tenant Law.
- Strong attention to detail
- Must be goal oriented and is not afraid to take on a challenge
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Customer service focused
- Familiarity with an Apple environment
- Knowledge of Google Suite and technology adept
- Ability to work independently
- Ability to manage time effectively
Job Requirements
- In office position
- Occasional field work with PM
- 40 hours/week 8:00 am to 5:00 pm Monday-Friday
- Respond to Property Management Team members promptly
- On call rotation
