SalaryProperty Management company seeking an experienced Property Manager for a tax credit property.
Responsibilities include:
Manage busy leasing office
Show apartments & process applications
Process re-certifications and lease renewals
Post rental payments & transport to the bank
Process evictions when necessary
Develop & maintain marketing plans
Resolve resident issues
Daily property walk/inspection
Supervise maintenance staff
Oversee vacant unit turnover process with maintenance
Order supplies, maintain working inventory within reasonable budget
Work with outside vendors, procure bids for authorized work
Directly Report to the Regional Manager
Desired Qualifications:
Property management experience
Experience with property management software
General knowledge of repair and apartment maintenance
Section 42 knowledge is a plus
Requirements:
Proficient with MS Word, Excel and Outlook
Strong administrative & organizational skills
Excellent verbal & written communication
The ability to multi-task
Analytical & problem solving skills
Job Type: Full-time
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
Ability to Relocate:
- Maryville, TN 37801: Relocate before starting work (Required)
