Job Title: Asset Manager
Job Description:
We are currently seeking a seasoned professional with a background in managing single-family homes on behalf of third-party owners. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing individual owners portfolio of residential investment properties. Serving as the main liaison for investors, your duties will involve keeping property owners well-informed about the day-to-day operations of their homes. This entails providing regular updates on property performance, financial reports, and any pertinent market trends or developments that may impact investments. The Asset Manager plays a crucial role of fostering relationships with our property owners that ultimately drive growth to our company. Within your power, the goal is to make decisions to make investors profitable.
Key Responsibilities:
- Compile and distribute regular reports detailing property performance metrics including occupancy rates, rental income, expenses, and maintenance costs.
- Ensure prompt and accurate responses to investor inquiries, delivering exceptional customer service to uphold investor satisfaction.
- Provide recommendations for necessary repairs to optimize cash flow.
- Conduct virtual reality tours of vacant properties, discussing budgets and scope of work with investors.
- Present occupied home inspections, offering repair recommendations and alerting owners to deferred maintenance issues.
- Facilitate ongoing communication on property performance.
- Calculate individual property return on investment (ROI).
- Review rental owner statements monthly for precision.
- Reading and interpreting owner ledgers, making corrections as necessary and be able to explain to individual owners.
- Conduct routine portfolio reviews.
- Manage expenses across investor portfolios
- Gather feedback from investors regarding their expectations, concerns, and suggestions. Use this information to improve services and tailor communication strategies to meet investor needs.
Requirements:
- 3-year experience in Single Family Property Management or direct experience owning investment
- College degree
- Dynamic and confident personality
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Problem Solving & Analytical skills
- Propertyware experience is preferred, but not required

Pay: $55,000.00 - $63,000.00 per year
