Property Manager

Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly organized and experienced Property Manager to oversee the daily operations of our properties. The Property Manager will be responsible for managing tenant relationships, coordinating maintenance and repairs, and ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations and laws. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in property management, excellent communication skills, and a thorough understanding of fair housing regulations.

Duties:
- Manage all aspects of property operations, including leasing, rent collection, and maintenance
- Screen potential tenants and conduct thorough background checks
- Negotiate lease agreements and enforce lease terms
- Address tenant concerns and resolve any issues that may arise
- Coordinate maintenance and repairs with vendors and contractors
- Ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations, including fair housing regulations
- Maintain accurate records of all property-related activities
- Conduct regular inspections of properties to ensure they are well-maintained
- Handle tenant move-ins and move-outs, including inspections and returning security deposits
- Utilize software to track work orders and maintenance requests

Skills:
- Strong knowledge of relevant laws and regulations
- Excellent administrative skills with attention to detail
- Familiarity with real estate administrative processes
- Knowledge of Blue Moon lease software is a plus
- Knowledge of Yardi software for maintenance and bookkeeping is a plus
- Effective communication with tenants and vendors
- Strong organizational skills to manage 60 newly built townhomes.

This is a full-time position. Experience and skill set will determine where starting compensation falls within the range provided for this job position.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $52,752.00 - $60,500.00 per year
