Established Nashville based Property Management and Development Company is seeking an Property Manager for a Project Based Section 8 Property in the Nashville, TN area. Applicants must be a team leader and customer focused, with knowledge of the Section 8 processes.
Must have on-site property management experience and current experience in LIHTC and Section 8 housing, EIV and TRACS. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the management of the property, including leasing, maintenance, resident relations, accounts receivable, accounts payable, budgets, compiling reports and HUD Regulations.
The company is a TN Drug-Free Workplace. Background check and drug screening are required.
