SalaryState of the art climate control storage is seeking to fill the full time position of Manager. This job consists of renting out storage units, collecting monthly payments, preparing weekly reports for submissions to owner, and collections activity on delinquent accounts. As the manager will also be on call during essential situations, the manger should reside in the Kingsport area. Our storage management system is computer based using Sitelink operating software, so a working computer knowledge is required. Must have reliable transportation.
