Your role extends to seamless coordination with the Director of Programs and maintenance service providers for work orders, repairs, and renovations. Regular inspections of building systems will be your forte, ensuring optimal functionality.
Financial Stewardship:
Navigate the financial landscape by diligently following up on delinquent accounts, pursuing collections, and maintaining meticulous records of rent collections and charges.
Documentation and Reporting Expertise:
In the realm of paperwork, you will prepare reports adhering to established procedures and maintain control of master keys for the assigned property, ensuring security and operational efficiency.
Fostering Tenant Relations:
Your role extends beyond property management, encompassing a commitment to high occupancy levels. This involves communicating policies, conducting applicant interviews, issuing housing offers, and calculating resident rent.
