Self Storage Manager

Now Hiring:

Facility Managers - Flexible schedule. Attention to property detail required.

You will be responsible for general maintenance and optimum property condition at our managed self-storage facility. Working closely with the store employees, Call Center and Management Team, your primary responsibility is to maintain and oversee the inventory of our self-storage properties including:

• Insuring the properties are clean and systems are functioning
• Performing regular property checks on site and lock to system report reconcilement.
• Monitoring kiosks if present at location.
• Cleaning and Making Units Ready-to-Rent
• Replacing light bulbs and HVAC filters.
• Preparing units for auction process
• Light Maintenace and oversight of general repairs performed by other vendors.
• Daily Reporting to Management Team

Job Type: Full and Part-Time

Pay: $15-18 per hour
