Conway Property Group is a property management company and is looking to add an Assistant Property Manager to our team. In this role, the candidate will communicate with the vendors and direct them to fix tenant issues. The assistant manager will also communicate with the tenants in need of repairs. The ideal candidate communicates well, negotiates well, has great phone skills, and works with speed. This is an in-person, in-office position available immediately for the right candidate. Responsibilities:
- Review work requests in the tenant portal
- Write clear and detailed descriptions when creating work orders
- Find vendors to complete work orders in a timely manner
- Actively pursue new vendors in trades to ensure the ability to complete work orders
- Negotiate pricing with vendors before completing orders
- Communicate with tenants to ensure their work is being completed correctly
- Must be able to work several different cell phone applications.
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma
- Communication skills
- Effective oral and written communication
- Punctual, reliability is important to the client and tenants
- Experience with property management software is a must
- 1-2 years in account management is a plus
- 1-2 years in property management is a plus
- Familiarity with property damages is a plus.
- Ability to work independently
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $15.00 - $17.00 per hour
