Property Manager

Duties:
- Negotiate and execute leases with tenants
- Upsell additional services and amenities to tenants
- Perform data entry and maintain accurate records of tenant information
- Provide administrative support to the property management team
- Manage customer relationships and address tenant inquiries and concerns
- Oversee facilities management, including maintenance and repairs
- Maintain organized office files and documentation
- Ensure compliance with lease agreements and applicable laws and regulations

Qualifications:
- Previous experience in property management or a related field preferred
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Proficient in data entry and administrative tasks
- Knowledge of contract management principles
- Ability to effectively manage time and prioritize tasks
- Professional phone etiquette and interpersonal skills
- Familiarity with filing systems and record keeping

Pay: $40,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
