We are actively seeking a motivated and experienced individual to step into the role of Affordable Property Manager. If you possess HUD/LIHTC/TAX credit experience, excellent communication skills, leadership abilities, and a dedication to exceptional customer service, we want to hear from you.

Responsibilities: As a Property Manager, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the success of our community. Key duties include:

1. Providing outstanding customer service to residents
2. Collecting rent from current tenants
3. Recovering past debts from former tenants
4. Planning and executing marketing initiatives through various channels
5. Assisting prospective tenants through the application process, including communicating requirements, guiding application submission, running applications, and communicating results.
6. Enforcing lease agreements and staying informed on tenant-landlord laws
7. Conducting routine inspections and reporting on property activities
8. Overseeing property maintenance, including outdoor tasks such as pool upkeep and common area cleanliness
9. Staying informed about property happenings to effectively communicate with upper management and current tenants.

10. Maintaining and approving accurate HUD/Tax Credit files

Requirements:

- Preferred 2 years of sales and/or management experience

- 2 years tax credit experience
- Proficiency in marketing, including internet and social media
- Excellent customer service skills
- Strong organizational and time management abilities
- Problem-solving and conflict resolution experience
- Dependable, hard-working, and reliable
- Basic computer knowledge (Microsoft Office, email systems)

Enjoy a competitive salary of $65,000 t0 $70,000 DOE per year.
