The Maintenance Technician 3 is a critical member of our team who can solve a problem for our residents to keep them happy and satisfied by ensuring requests and repairs are made in a reliable, timely and safe manner. Maintenance Technicians are accountable for identifying problems, completing service requests, and making repairs in accordance with operating and safety standards.
Starting pay $23 per hour (or more based on experience)!

Job Duties Include:

• Complete assigned Service Requests related to repairs and upkeep of properties. This includes areas of heating, plumbing, electrical, appliances, carpentry, flooring, HVAC, and other general repairs. Recommending replacement or repair, as necessary. Ensure that all work completed is professional and clean after leaving our residents homes.
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with residents by addressing and responding to requests, questions, and concerns, making referrals to manager or maintenance team members as appropriate.

Experience and Education:

• A High School degree, GED or equivalent.
• Valid driver's license, vehicle, vehicle insurance and clean driving record for past 3 years
• Company vehicle provided when working evenings/weekends for rotating on call with a premium rate paid when on-call
• Training & tools (valued at $1,100) are PROVIDED!

• Has previous maintenance experience, handyman and knowledge in maintenance repairs
