Property Manager - Urban Development + Partners
$70,000 - 80,000 salary range

This position requires:
- Monday - Friday, 9am - 6pm
- Dependable vehicle for transportation to, from, and around the portfolio
- Proficiency with social media platforms and Microsoft Office Suite
- Excellent phone, written, and in-person communications
- Flexibility with emergency & after hours on call needs

About you:
You are an experienced Property Manager with the aptitude to manage the day-to-day operations of our award-winning portfolio. You are an accomplished multitasker, able to pre-empt issues before they become problems, and keep your team on track to meet their quarterly and yearly goals.
You are also:
- A good communicator with 2+ years of experience in the property management industry
- An expert in handling escalated situations
- Comfortable navigating annual budget preparation and accounts payable
- Positive, enthusiastic, and able to adapt to fast-changing situations
- Experienced leading and motivating a team
- Customer-focused and dedicated to meeting the expectations of internal and external customers
- Savvy with all marketing activities including ILS and social media marketing
- Up to date with all Fair Housing Regulations, local ordinances and laws, and other legal issues affecting property management
- Familiar with Yardi or equivalent property management software
- Experienced with new development/lease-up properties
