Compliance Specialist, Atlanta, GA
Columbia Residential is looking to hire an Experienced Compliance Specialist Must have a minimum of 2 years of multi-site Property Management experience with proven expertise in Project-Based Section 8, LIHTC, HOME, BOND, and HUD programs. The ComplianceSpecialist will provide oversight and will review all Tenant Recertification and/ or initial Certifications in accordance with all Federal, State, and Local regulatory requirements and will also review, approve and submit all responses to outside agency or lender reviews. The Compliance Specialist will have assigned properties.
