Responsible for the coordination and completion of Project/Program. Oversees all aspects of projects/program. Sets deadlines, assigns responsibilities, and monitors and summarizes progress of Project/Program. Prepares reports for upper management regarding status of Project/Program. May require a bachelor's degree and 2-4 years of experience in the field or in a related area. Familiar with a variety of the field's concepts, practices, and procedures. Relies on limited experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals. Performs a variety of tasks. Leads and directs the work of others. A wide degree of creativity and latitude is expected. Typically reports to a manager or head of a unit/department.
Key Responsibilities
- Identifying selection eligible for our new pack size optimization program
- Creating and implementing our pack size optimization strategy across our WW catalogue
- Monitoring and maintaining CX on pack size optimized selection and related catalogue features
- Building a dedicated reporting on KPIs and provide leadership with frequent updates
- Creating processes to hand over pack size management to our category and functional teams in the long-term and create respective documentation
- Act as central POC and conduct a weekly office hour to support our category teams
- Plan and execute experimentation on pack size optimization and analyze results to define forward going pack size optimization strategy
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
- 3+ years of experience with Excel
- 3+ years of retail, operations, product or program management, or business management/consulting with delivering results experience
- Experience using data to influence business decisions
- Experience driving internal cross-team collaboration
- Bachelor's degree, or 3+ years of professional or military experience
- Fluent in English
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Strong analytical skills
- Experience with SQL
- Knowledge of another language incl. Spanish, French, German and/or Italian
- Experience driving direction and alignment with cross-functional teams
Location: Seattle (Remote work mainly)
Contract Length: 11 Months
Pay Range: $38 - $43 per hour
