We are seeking a Project Supervisor tooversee Cox and Point Broadband and all activity with regards to projects including, but not limited to, supervision of employees, project staffing, customer needs, workflow, SLA adherence, financial performance, timely invoice approval, quality control, and all other aspects of work related to his or her projects. The right candidate may be experienced in the CCI Systems drafting and design processes, have a background in managing/supervising a successful team, and will be able to work very well in partnership with our Engineering Services Leadership

Responsibilities

• Supervise employees; monitor projects, workload, and help improve the quality of work to reduce the time and cost of project completion.
• Track project volume, production, profitability, and backlog daily.
• Communicate regularly with customers and key Engineering personnel to ensure customer satisfaction, and that stated goals and objectives for projects are met.
• Provide all necessary job information to QC department, and make sure subcontractor work is quality controlled by CCI.
• Manage cost targets, completion schedules, and cash flow projections.
• Organizational actions included, but not limited to, reviewing and submitting timesheets, conducting annual reviews, and any other duties assigned by project manager.
• Create and promote the company image through exercising sound and ethical business practices as related to employees, the public, and customers.
• Be willing to learn new product lines and technologies to serve the departmental needs and goals.
• Perform other related duties as assigned by their supervisor.

Qualifications

• Ambitious, driven, and self-motivated candidates who have a 2- or 4-year degree in Engineering Technologies, GIS (Geographic Information System), or CAD Drafting, or similar, and/or equivalent work experience with design software.
• Analytical and observational skills, which demonstrate ability to, plan projects, review/recommend technical specifications, coordinate staffing needs, communicate, and manage all aspects of a project.

• Must be willing to learn new product lines and technologies to serve the departmental needs and goals.
• Must be able to handle employee issues effectively and in a timely manner.
• Ability to provide strong leadership through coaching and mentoring with a focus on customer service.
• Ability to motivate employees in a challenging and dynamic business environment.
• Exceptional communication skills - both written and verbal.
• Knowledge of human-computer interaction principles (K0036)
• Knowledge of information technology (IT) acquisition/procurement requirements and life cycle process (K0257/K0270)
• Must be proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• Must be a great communicator, both verbal and written.
• Must be able to adapt to changes in project scope and shifts in priority.
• Superior time management skills and attention to detail.
• Proven ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment is crucial.
• Must be willing to learn new product lines and technologies to serve departmental needs and goals.
• Must embrace the CCI Systems vision, mission, culture, and characteristics of leadership.

Shift is full-time Monday – Friday between the hours of 8:00 am – 5:00 pm CST. Must be flexible, and willing and able to work outside normal business hours as necessary.
