Title: Project Site Representative, Design and Construction

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Site Representative to join our dynamic team. As a Project Site Representative, you will be responsible for overseeing the Design and Construction process on our projects, ensuring that all work is completed according to project specifications and within budget and timeline constraints.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage and oversee Design and Construction projects from start to finish, including planning, budgeting, scheduling, and coordinating with all project stakeholders

- Serve as the main point of contact for the project, communicating regularly with clients, contractors, and other team members to ensure smooth project execution

- Review project plans, specifications, and drawings to ensure compliance with building codes and client requirements

- Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress and ensure quality control and safety standards are met

- Collaborate with architects, engineers, and other consultants to ensure efficient and effective project delivery

- Identify and resolve any issues or challenges that may arise during the project, providing timely and cost-effective solutions

- Prepare and present regular progress reports to project stakeholders, highlighting any potential delays or issues that may impact the project schedule

- Manage project budgets and track expenses, ensuring that all costs are within approved project budgets

- Conduct final inspections and create punch lists to ensure all project requirements have been met before final project delivery

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering, or related field

- Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management, preferably in Design and Construction

- Thorough knowledge of building codes and regulations

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Strong leadership and team management skills

- Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously

- Proficient in project management software and MS Office Suite

- Ability to read and interpret construction plans and drawings

- Attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills

- Ability to work independently and make decisions under pressure
